what a weekend!!!!

its an amazing weekend! in no particular order i heard god loud and clear speak directly into my life, the cardinals WON THE WORLD SERIES!!!!! (YES WE WON BRAGGING RIGHTS FOR A WHOLE YEAR!!!!!!) AND i got to hear charlie hall not only sing for the gathering at digital labrador but he also talked about princess dresses and how much he enjoys saying the word bottom...how much better could this weekend have been? (well aside from the fact that i got sick and my snot is neon green?!) but ill take the snot in exchange for everything else! :)

so in short charlie hall is even cooler than i first thought, go Cardinals...hooray for my hometeam in st.louis, and god continually rocks my socks off again and again and i hope he continues to do so. and with that im going to bed. g'nite! :D

ok so that is the sound i think im making right now (of course inbetween laughing and crying...oh common you know i do both oh so well...and often) but um yeah i feel like im constantly on the go and because of that this blog has been neglected a bit...ive had some good tidbits for it but by the time i get home and sit down and try to recall them...yeah they're long gone and it makes me wonder if any of them even happened...anyhoo im hanging in there overall im mainly adjusted to school finally and just trying to still get back into dancing shape as well as just try to get aclimated to dancing for 3 hours and then going to work for 3+ (typically more like 5)...but its at the very least keeping me out of trouble. (dern it!) i like to cause trouble. oh well i guess that will have to be what this weekend is for...
oh yes ladies and gents i have only two more full days after today 'till fall back!!!! whoo hoo! i am so ready for a vaccation! BRING IT ON!!!!! trees and canoes and my favorite...FIRE as in bonfire. :)
ok well i as usual gotta run but blessings to you all and happy commings and goings. :D

did i really just do that?

ok the title suggests that i had a super typical michelle moment but unfortunately its a fairly tame one...still funny but not nearly as good as say the saturday of high school's homecomming leaving the keys in my car and locking the door with the car running on the day that my dad was outside working on his car so he couldnt come rescue me without borrowing the neighbors car...yeah its no where as good as that but here goes:
ok so i was walking to my car with a couple girls from the dance department and i noticed that one had on a walt disney sweatshirt so we started talking about walt disney world and how much i loved it (i went for the first time only like 2 or so years ago) and how much of a nut i was when i was there...well i guess i got a bit more excited than i had realized because when i got to my car i had my house key in my hand and i was secconds away from trying to fit my house key into my car door...um yeah...you know you're a bit off or out of it when...

thats my story and im stickin to it!

oh and for those of you who care the countdowns are as follows:

aprox. 15 days til fall back retreat! whoo hoo! nature here i come! :D

how incredibly depressing!

ok first of all read the previous blog first...its ok ill wait you need to catch up before you can get the full magnitude of this next sentence.....

um yeah it didnt do anything but tell me to download something, no noise, no funny cartoon, no movie no NOTHIN! im sooo bummed now! and the worst part about it is that i knew that would be the case! bah!

does anyone know where i can get some fart sludge? (aka packaged goop that comes in a cup that i can easily spend hours making the most wretched noises with)

you know you belong in third grade when...

everything during the day has been about farts or farting or some other sort of bathroom humor that you find absolutely hillarious. um yeah...im twenty six years old and i still laugh at fart sounds, i laugh at bathroom humor jokes (loudly and for long often extended periods of time) and i found nothing funnier today well...ok i did but get to that in a sec...than the oprah show today with oprah talking about farts and poop and what normal looks like, smells like, and etc. and so forth...it was fabulous! (as well as informative). ok so the one thing i found funnier than oprah trying to explain that if you talk about farting and poop with integrity that its ok and grown up was comming accross this ad on my myspace, its one of those blah blah blah click here things and you know if you do you'll be upset you did in like 0.5 sec. because it either will take eons to load or it will crash your computer due to the amount of pop up ads it would stir up, or it will be nothing pertaining to the ad at all...ok well the ad essentially says this:

i mean what torture! i know full well that i should not at all deal with it in the least but something is really tugging at me to push the freakin button! i wanna push it! i think especially since i am for some really sad reason hoping that it would make a wonderfully horrible sound...ok so exactly how immature is that? um yeah...so im gonna go be a third grader and push it and will report back (hopefully) assuming my computer doesnt crash or any other strange phenomenon. there is just something about someone goading me into stuff that just aint right but it seems to work more than i want it to! hmmm a point to ponder....

-when you automatically look for the most comfortable warm clothes when shopping

-when you automatically put your hair up and out of your face even when you dont have to

-in trying to show and explain the vision cast of your choreography project you end up bawling

-you're teacher looks at you like you have three heads when you tell him you arent surprised you cried and then proceed to tell him that you are just good at faking it as far as not being emotional



yeah...oh well if nothing else yesterday was entertaining! here's to another entertaining day! :)

yet another wildlife sighting

ok so apparently i have a knack for spotting local wildlife...i just wish this time i hadnt. so last night i came home and was walking towards the front door of my apartment complex when i spotted the largest gardner snake i think ive ever seen! (in hindsight im starting to wonder if maybe it wasnt a pet that got loose...) anyhoo it was sitting on the sidewalk and then scooted away when i came stomping (i litterally stomped to try to get it to move) but when it moved away it jumped into the bushes and CLIMBED the shrub! i never really had a problem with snakes but it was a bit much watching that thing slither up the branches! BLEAH! it had to have been a good 16 inches or longer...i just hope it stays outside! :(

on a better note the temperature has settled back down...this of course only AFTER my AC got fixed but hey im ok with that cause i prefer to have cool weather during the month of october! oh and if anyone's counting there are eleven more days til Jon Shirley's cd release and twenty three more days until the fall back retreat! whoo hoo!

brainteaser

ok so maybe im gonna really embarrass myself here, or rather undoubtedly going to embarrass myself but i dont really care...soo....ok while driving sometimes i decide that ive got my bra hooked too tightly and so choose to loosen it (yes while driving) so here is my question why is it that at any other time i could do this within 5 seconds but when driving it inevitably takes me three years and a day and thats if im lucky? why does it become that much of a challenge? ah well...one may never know.
