what were they thinking?

ok so i was online tonight ordering some dancewear that i needed and i managed to figure out the name of the seccond dancewear supplier that i used to order from...well while i was perusing thier stuff i came upon these:













ok so i wanna know what idiot designed these...cause its hard enough to stand up and not kill yourself in regular pointe shoes and its hard enough to not slip and break your neck in tap shoes depending on the type of floor so WHY IN THE WORLD would you put taps on pointe shoes?!!!!!!!!!! i mean that is just asking for it! sorry thats all i got for today...im exhausted and its late and that is all i can think about...er...stew about.
